Hi, I’m Lindsay.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. My background in social work has given me the opportunity to work with people from many different walks of life, which has helped me learn to truly meet clients where they are—with empathy, understanding, and hope.

Therapy has had a meaningful impact on my own life, and that experience inspired me to create a safe and healing space for others. Whether you are working through trauma, relationship struggles, co-dependency, people pleasing, grief, anxiety, depression, or the stress that life transitions can bring, I consider it an honor to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing and growth.

My Approach

I strive to create a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, validated, encouraged, and empowered to grow into their most authentic selves. I take a more holistic approach that considers mind, body, and spirit, knowing that all aspects of who we are influence one another.

I believe therapy should be personal and collaborative, so I tailor my approach to each individual’s needs and circumstances. My training in Emotional Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Interventions helps me create a supportive environment where clients can safely explore there thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

If you are a recovering people pleaser, perfectionist, overthinker, someone feeling disconnected or having trouble communicating within their relationship, or someone carrying the weight of past trauma and wounds—let’s find your voice and reclaim your peace. Together, we will work towards building confidence, setting healthy boundaries, developing coping skills, finding connection in relationships, and growth in your most authentic self.
