I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Middle Tennessee State University. After a few years in social work I returned to school to receive my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. I highly promote self-care, healthy boundaries, and a work-life balance. That being said, I enjoy spending my free time hanging out with my husband, friends, and family, playing with my wild pup, Ollie, traveling, dancing, exercising, binging a good tv series, reading, brunching, listening to live music, being in nature, or spending time on the lake.
