Just a little more about me… because picking a good fit for you matters. I am a Nashville Native. I graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Middle Tennessee State University. After a few years in social work I returned to school to receive my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University.

I’m a big believer in self-care, healthy boundaries, authentic connection, and creating balance in life. That being said, in my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exercising, being in nature, listening to live music, or binging a good tv series.
